The year is half over. So far it has been quite the ride. Art shows, a new day job, and family events have definitely filled my days in a memorable way.

On a sad note, my vegetable garden was hit hard by a hail storm yesterday. Most of the plants will rebound, I think. But my beautiful lettuces are just shredded goop right now. Luckily I had been harvesting a lot recently.
